Instagram Posts for Shopkick.

Working cross-functionally with marketing and social teams, the design and content teams brainstormed IG post ideas. The team then created daily posts such as Instagram videos, reels, stories, illustrations, and photos. The daily post supported marketing campaigns, in-app customer engagement, and user acquisition.

These in-app, social platform ads were conceptualized in brainstorming sessions - discussing the target audience, the messaging, look and feel, imagery, captions, font style and color. Once launched in various platforms, we analyzed the performance including CPAs and CPIs, allowing us to better understand ad performance and adjust the creatives as needed.

In-App ads for CPG Brands for Shopkick

The design team was directly responsible for accurately portraying CPG brands inside the Shopkick app. Working directly with ad agencies and account management teams, the team re-created ads following the CPG brand’s guidelines and submitted them for final approval.
